Iyalode Alaba Lawson gladly agreed to be our Matron and she stuck with us through thick and thin to ensure the club did not die even when some indigent forces worked against us on account of the clubs association with the late Iyalode”, she said.

“Till today, we are still a strong social group with international spread and relevance courtesy the guidance, support and corrections we have received from her.
Every time I look back, she was always there for me. She is one in a million. Very straight forward and never hides behind one finger. If she tells you Yes. It’s Yes. If she tells you no, then it’s capital NO. May God forgive her tresspases. We will miss her”, Ayorinde added
