OGUN FORMER DEPUTY GOVERNOR,GBENGA KAKA JOINS GOVERNORSHIP RACE

Kaka said such decision was unacceptable to him, emphasizing that, if such should take place at all, it has to be unanimous decision of all stakeholders, “and not that some few people will sit in their bedroom and take a decision for the entire party”

The party chieftain posited further that zoning the seat to a particular area gives the impression that the people there are inferior which not the case is. He argued that, since the creation of the State in 1979, Ogun West populated by the Yewas had always presented candidates for all elections but lost.

The former Deputy Governor, rolled out seven point agenda which he said would be his focus if elected, which he said include; security of life and property, employment and empowerment of youth and women, technology-driven education, agriculture as business, affordable and quality health care for all, inclusive infrastructural development, sports and tourism.
