She observed that, with the right education and encouragement, women were poised to contribute their quota to the nation’s socio-economic development
The President and Chairman, Nigerian Institute Of Management, Prof. Olukunle Iyanda, emphasised the importance of having equal representation of women in governance and organisational decision making process.
Iyanda,however, urged women to be vibrant in any position of authority they found themselves.
Penpushing reports that, Ogun State delegates at the Conference included, Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mrs. Modupe Mujota, her counterparts in the Ministries of Urban and Physical Planning, Mrs. Ronke Sokefun, Women Affairs and Social Development, Mrs. Abiola Kufile-Okonji, as well as Permanent Secretaries from Ministries of Culture and Tourism, Finance and Service Matters.
