Military declares Professor, 7 others wanted over killing of 17 army personnel in Delta State
The Nigerian Military has declared eight people which include a Professor wanted over the recent killing of 17 military personnel in Okuama community, said to be going on peace keeping mission in two feuding communities (Okuama and Okoloba) of Delta State.
Penpushing reports that the Defence Headquarters declared the suspects wanted in a circular posted on official Facebook page of the Nigerian army on Thursday, in connection with alleged ambushed and murdered of the Commanding Officer of 181 Army Amphibious Battalion, two majors, one captain and 13 soldiers.
The circular gave identities of the wanted suspects as include Prof Ekpekpo Arthur, Andaowei Dennis Bakriri, Akevwru Daniel Omotegbo (a.k.a Amagben), Akata Malawa David, Sinclear Oliki, Clement Ikolo Ogenerukeywe, Reuben Baru, and Igoli Ebi, the only woman among the wanted suspects.
