
Bandits invade Eruku community kill three, abduct unidentified number of residents
Bandits have on Tuesday allegedly attacked Eruku community in Ekiti Local Government of Kwara State killing three people and unidentified number of people abducted and marched into the forest
Penpushing reports that sources said as at time of filing this report other residents of the community are running helter skelter under the fear of the ugly which has forced them to abandon their homes for safety of their lives.
The source added that the community has been under consistent attacks for the past three weeks, while all efforts to get the support of the local government and the state government were abortive.

Penpushing further reports that as at time of this report the police and the vigilantes have been trying their best with the support of Eruku progressive union to put up resistance in the last three weeks, just as the community is calling on President Bola Tinubu to come to our aid.
Meanwhile, Kwara State Police Command is yet to issue any official statement on the life threatening situation as at time of filing this report
