Tuggar resigns as Nigeria’s foreign affairs minister
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, has resigned from his position, and this comes barely few days when President Bola Tinubu had asked ministers and other political appointees seeking to contest in 2027 to resign from their current position.
Penpushing reports that Tuggar announced his resignation in a Facebook post by his spokesperson, AlKasim Abdulkadir, but the statement was silence on his next line of action, however, sources disclosed that he is preparing to seek the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket to be the governor of Bauchi State.
