Tinubu to attend Faye’s inauguration as Senegalese president

The Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu has been scheduled to attend the inauguration of Senegal’s President-elect, Bassirou Faye, as substantive president in Dakar on Tuesday at the invitation of the West African country.

Penpushing reports that Tinubu’s spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, said in a statement that the Nigeria’s leader who is the Chairman Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), would be accompanied by The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, and other senior government officials

The statement, however, explained that President Tinubu and his entourage who are to join other regional leaders at the event are expected to return to Nigeria after the conclusion of the inauguration on same day.
