Tinubu remains a trail blazer, says Adeola
The Chairman Senate Committee on Finance, Senator Solomon Adeola has described Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as a trail blazer and change maker in the contemporary history of Nigeria as he marks his 70th birthday.
Penpushing reports that, Adeola popularly called ‘Yayi’ who is representing All Progressives Congress Lagos West, at the National Assembly said this in a statement in celebrating Tinubu
The Senator in the statement admitted that he remains one of the steadfast political sons and mentees of the former Governor of Lagos State whose progressive brand of politics and socio-economic vision for development is not only inspiring but is a model for others to follow in its acclaimed success.
“Asiwaju Tinubu has impacted so much on the lives of many individuals who have contributed immensely to the development of Nigeria and his role in the political history and development of Nigeria in recent times remains unparallel’,Adeola said.
‘He is indeed one of the great sons of Nigeria as pro-democracy activist, a senator, a governor and national leader of the foremost political party in Nigeria history”, he stated.
Penpushing further reports that, Adeola stated that Tinubu is the quintessential politician with a large heart, an unparallel forgiving spirit and a true nationalist in his brand of politics
The two-term senator of Lagos West Senatorial district posited that more than ever, Nigeria needs the kind of leadership that Tinubu has demonstrated in resolving issues and interventions for positive developments over the years.
