Hundreds of sympathisers from across the world on Thursday gathered outside and inside the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) headquarters located in Ikotun, Lagos State in preparatory of the final journey of the founder, Temitope Joshua.
Penpushing reports that, the remains of Joshua popularly called TB Joshua arrived at the church premises as part of the burial activities lined up in his honour, and church members which include other symphatizers struggled to catch a glimpse of the televangelist and bid him a farewell
The televangelist died on June 5, a few days before his 58th birthday, while the weeklong programme for his burial started on Monday with a candle procession, while on Tuesday the family joined other guests to pay their last respect in a tribute service at the church.
Penpushing further reports that, the lying-in-state service took place on Thursday, as hundreds of symphatizers could not hold back tears, as the body of the late preacher arrived the church premises
Meanwhile, the remains will finally be committed to mother earth on Friday within the church premises, while a thanksgiving service is scheduled to hold on Sunday.
