South Africa based Pan African Forum, Leading Women of Africa Group appoints Penpushing as Media Partner

A Pan African Forum, Leading Women of Africa Group (LWA) with headquarters in Cape Town, South Africa has appointed Penpushing Media as its media partner with both institutions to demonstrate strong commitments to women’s leadership and economic empowerment across Africa.

Penpushing reports that in a letter issued and signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the group, Madelein Mkunu explained that the appointment of Penpushing Media was borne out of the genuine demonstrated passion for journalism.

‘On behalf of Leading Women of Africa Group (LWA). I am delighted to extend an invitation to Penpushing Media to serve as the Leading Women of Africa (LWA’s) Official Media Partner. Under this partnership we sincerely believe that both institutions will continue to demonstrate strong commitments to women’s leadership and economic empowerment across Africa’, the letter reads.

Penpushing further reports that the appointment letter dated June 18, 2024 emphasised that the Leading Women of Africa (LWA) viewed the partnership as a foundation for dipper collaboration with Penpushing Media on the promotion of gender equity and the interregional integration

‘Given the Leading Women of Africa Group (LWA’s) credibility in South Africa and a strong footprint in Africa and considering, Penpushing Media demonstrated passion for journalism, we strongly believe that this partnership will represent a unique way to benefit from the powerful standing of both institutions across the region’, the letter said.

‘Furthermore, we view this partnership as a foundation for dipper collaborations with Penpushing Media on the promotion of gender equity and the interregional integration. I take this opportunity to wish this partnership a successful journey to an impactful and mutually beneficial outcome in future’, Mkunu wrote

Penpushing also reports that it is recalled that the media outlet on Saturday November 18,2023 recorded similar feat in the media industry as it bagged global Humanitarian Excellence Award at a ceremony held at Emperor’s Palace in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The event under the aegis of Africa Partnership for Growth (APG), and brainchild of Leading Women of Africa Group is an annual economic gathering of entrepreneurs and decision makers from the public and private sector coming together to accelerate intra-Africa trade activities and ultimately contribute to the socio-economic stability and prominence of Africa in the global market.
