OUR ADMINISTRATION IS POLICE FRIENDLY, SAYS GOVERNOR MAKINDE
The Governor represented by his Deputy , Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, assured that the Indigenes strive to give information to security operatives and urged the Security Operatives to keep Nigeria one through their Operation.
Penpushing further reports that, the leader of the team in his remarks explained that the reason behind the visit, was that after the training exercise of the officers, there was also a need for them to be informed about the Security Challenges in the State which will make them to re-strategize for proper action.
The Commissioner of Police Shina Olukolu,in his own speech stated that knowledge is a continuous process stating that no man is an island of knowledge, hence the reason behind the training and re-training of the personnel as part of Policy-trust of the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu which is expected to equip the security operatives with the necessary strategy to tackle security challenges facing the state and Country.
Penpushing also reports that ,dignitaries at the event includes the Secretary to the State Government, Olubanwo Adeosun, the Head of Service, Ololade Agboola, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Security matters, Fatai Owoseni, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Strategy and Political matters, Babatunde Oduyoye, and the Chief Press Secretary, Taiwo Adisa, among others.
