Mother of veteran broadcast journalist, Sesan Ekisola dies at 93

The pioneer General Manager of RayPower FM, first privately owned radio station in Nigeria, Olusesan Ekisola has lost his mother, Mama Omolara Ademokun who died peacefully at 93 on Thursday, May 11th, 2023

Penpushing reports that the family in a statement  said the deceased  is survived by his son, Olúṣẹ̀san Ẹ̀kíṣọlá, her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, adding that burial arrangements have been scheduled to start with wake on Wednesday, 21st June, 2023.

The statement stated that the wake will hold at St Anthony’s Catholic Church, Mabel street, Iyana Ilogbo, off Aderoju junction, Ọ̀ttà, Ogun State by 4pm and funeral mass on Friday, June 23rd, 2023 in the church at 8am

Penpushing further reports that the family in the statement stated that interment of the late mother popularly called Lára Morel, follows at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Vaults, Kajola Street, Igbẹ̀bà, Ìjẹ̀bú-Òde, Ògùn State

The family confirming that the aged mother died peacefully on Thursday, May 11th, 2023, prayed for her repose soul, and that may her soul rest in perfect peace with the Lord, adding that a befitting burial arrangements are being organized for the deceased
