Kehinde Onasanya as new Head of Service is a blessing for Ogun State, says Apostle Achudume
The General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church (VLBC) Apostle Lawrence Achudume has commended Governor Dapo Abiodun on the choice of Kehinde Onasanya as the 20th Head of Service of Ogun State, noting that the Governor’s choice was his determination to put the right people in positions of administration
Penpushing reports that Achudume made this known during his visit to the Head of Service in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, affirming that he has known Onasanya for some years watched and admired his style and quality of leadership.
The known frankly speaking cleric stated that Onasanya is a cerebral civil servant, determined, focused and result driven, a man of character who believes in divine guidance and God fearing, stressing that Ogun state is blessed to have him
‘I commend the Governor for his determination to put the right people in positions of administration. I have known Mr Kehinde Onasanya for some years and have watched and admired his style and quality of leadership, a cerebral civil servant, determined, focused and result driven’, he stated.
‘I have seen him as a man of commitment to duty and loyal to authority at the same time fearless where it matters. A man of relationship, his relationship with people big, small or mighty is second to none, a friend to everyone, he is classless, does not put men in brackets to relate, a jolly good fellow, compassionate, gentle in spirit, calm in outlook but firm to truth and demonstrate fairness to truth, what and who as it matters’.
‘A man of character who believes in divine guidance and God fearing. Ogun state is blessed to have such a man. Nigeria and our state needs men who understands leadership and governance. Men who follows the rules and speaks truth where it matters. Mr Kehinde Onasanya is a man on assignment for the good of all’, Achudume emphasised.
‘I reminded him that God has brought to the office like Queen Esther for a purpose and that as head of service, the welfare of the civil servants and by extension the state is his priority, he should be a pillar for good governance and that he is not head of service for the Christian or Muslims or other religious communities but for all, he is not for Remo, Yewa, Ijebu, or Egba people but for all in the state. Men of little minds called my religion, tribe etc has delayed our national progress enough’, he stated.
‘Politicians have divided us enough into religious, ethnic or tribe and finally into a smaller group ” party ” We must unite if we are to be the great nation we were born to be. Mr Kehinde Onasanya is a unifier and such a man is good for the state’, Achudume added.
Penpushing further reports that the General Overseer of the renowned church who during his visit presented his authored book titled, ’The Man Helping By God’, to the Head of Service, pointed that God has helped him and He will sustain him.
