Penpushing further reports that, the cleric appealed that politicians should serve the people with the fear of God at heart, pointing out that whatever one becomes in life does not mean he was the best for the job.
“People say they want to contest for power. It is not power. Whether you are the President, Governor, a Senator or member of the House of Representatives, you are called to serve the people. And when you have served, that is when you deserve to be called honourable. The position is not a contest for power and that’s where we get it wrong’, he added.

The outgoing Governor also reiterated that the State would continue to witness massive development with the support of the people.
