I joined forces with Peoples Democratic Party to ease out Governor Abiodun in 2023, says Akinlade

The running mate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ogun State Chapter Hon. Adekunle Akínlàdé has explained that, he joined the party, on needed forces to ease out Governor Dapo Abiodun of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC) in the forthcoming 2023 governorship election

Penpushing reports that, Akinlade who left All Progressives Congress (APC), following alleged maladministration by leadership of the party, and pitched his tent with the opposition Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), declared that Abiodun since assumption in office has not added meaningful value to governance

The Vice Governorship Candidate of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), speaking to a Coalition of Media Executive and social stakeholders on Ogun Project led by Hon. Kehinde Soaga urged residents  to go to town and see the height of none performance of the current government.

Penpushing further reports that, Akinlade alleged that, Abiodun got into office without the consent of the larger populace, hence, the need to vote out the administration in the state in the next political dispensation

“Ogun is a dynamic State. It needs upwards and mobile government that will directly touch the lives of the people, that’s why I’ve joined the Ladi Adebutu team to deliver Ogun from these shenanigan. Our people are in discomfort’, he emphasised.

Penpushing also reports that, Akinlade, a former member of the House of Representatives said people needs relief from lack of direction of the incumbent governor, stressing that it was high time the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) administration is sent out.

The Deputy Governorship Candidate disclosed that in due course manifesto of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State designed to relief and sustain dividend of democracy to the Ogun State will be out.
