HERDSMAN ARRAIGNED FOR ALLEGEDLY CAUSING DEATH OF COWS

In his ruling, the Chief Magistrate, Lazarus Hotepo, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N200, 000 with two sureties in like sum, ordering that the sureties must reside within Badary Magisterial District,
