Entrepreneur, oluremi fagunwa calls wealthy Nigerians to support vulnerable in society

An entrepreneur, Mrs Oluremi Fagunwa has called on the government at all level and well meaning Nigerians to render assistance to members of the public who are vulnerable mostly with disabilities.
Penpushing reports that Fagunwa, who is the Founder of You Are Great Initiative stated this in Ibadan while giving support to a member of the Association of Vulnerable and Orphanages whom she said needed a lot of assistance, especially as the world battles poverty and coronavirus pandemic.
The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the organization noted that government alone cannot do but we’ll meaning Nigerians must give the needed support, so that they also can be better catered for in the society.
Penpushing further reports that, Fagunwa pointed out that the visit to Ibadan was also to mark the 3rd year anniversary of the organisation as well as an Annual General Meeting to discuss ways of garnering more support for the less privileged in the society.
The chairman of the planning committee, Dr Babatunde Oni who was represented by Olalekan Odeyemi while presenting the support, emphasised on the need to remove children of the streets and create a conducive place of learning for them.
Penpushing also reports that Mr Ajayi Kolade, who is the founder of Kingdom cornerstone orphanage home while receiving support which included mattress, toiletries, food stuffs and provisions, stated that the future of children in the country must be protected now.
The orphanage home boss stated that many homes face a lot of challenges on how to cater for the children during the pandemic but appealed to well meaning Nigerian to support vulnerable groups.
Meanwhile, the group had visited and supported many homes across the country, identify their needs on request and do a quarterly support for them.
