Daniel to kick off mega rally, dole out gifts worth millions of naira
The Ogun East Senatorial Candidate of All Progressives Congress(APC) in the 2023 general elections, who doubles as former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel will on Sunday, October 2 kick-start his election campaign.
Penpushing reports that the mega rally and campaign kick-off is scheduled to take place at Ita Oba, Akarigbo Palace, Sagamu, in Sagamu local government area of the state, while Governor Dapo Abiodun is expected to be the Chief Host at the Rally.
The major highlights of the mega rally, will be the empowerment programs which Daniel has been known for over the years, having awarded hundreds of scholarships across various local government areas of the state.
Penpushing further reports that, it is recalled that, these were amongst other multidimensional empowerment initiatives which started over 20 years ago through the former governor’s pet project, The Gateway Front Foundation.
The prizes slated to be won at the mega rally include; a star prize of Agricultural Tractor worth about N10 million, 2nd Prize: which is Toyota Highlander SUV Jeep, while the 3rd Prize is 2.5KVA Generator, while the empowerment programs will continue as the campaign machinery traverse the length and breadth of Ogun East Senatorial District.
