D.S Adegbenro Polytechnic rector, Goke Rauf encourages students to extend academics beyond classroom walls
The Rector of D.S Adegbenro ICT Polytechnic, Itori-Ewekoro, Ogun State, Dr. Adegoke Rauf has encouraged students of the institution to seize the opportunities of their admission to expand their horizons and pursue their passion.
Penpushing reports Rauf gave the charge at the matriculating of new students to the institution, emphasizing that the institution is not just a place of learning but also an untiring environment that fosters growth.
The renowned academic described education as a journey that extends beyond classroom walls, admonishing the students to get involved in skills that would further boost and enrich their career, as well as broaden their preservatives while helping them build life-long relationships.
‘I want to charge you to seize opportunities of your admission to expand your horizons and pursue your passion. The institution is not just a place of learning, but also an untiring environment that fosters growth’, the rector emphasized

Penpushing further reports that Ogun State Coordinator, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Mr. Akeem Abdulhammed, in his remarks commended the institution for its vast growth, emphasising the importance of higher education institutions adhering strictly to admission regulations.
The Chairman, Governing Council of the Polytechnic Ambassador Toye Okanlawon at the matriculation which is the 18th ceremony charged the new entrants to pursue their academic goals by embracing the values of discipline and critical thinking, stressing that they should shun acts that are inimical to their careers.
‘Remember that knowledge is power, and you are the future leaders and innovators of our great nation. Today marks a significant landmark in your academic pursuit, and as you begin this new chapter, I offer my heartfelt congratulations to you all’, he stated.
Penpushing also reports that Okanlawon lauded Governor Dapo Abiodun, for his firm commitment to education, saying, that the administration has provided enabling environment for quality education to the students
