Coronavirus: Chinese company donates protective equipment to support ogun state government
A Chinese Company, Lee Group of Company on Thursday came out to support the Ogun State Government in the fight against coronaviru
Penpushing further reports that, Seng who disclosed that, the company has been in existence for 60years and has well over 30,000 staff working for the company in Nigeria, added, “the worth is about millions of dollars, one dollar each. It is about $300,000 USD at the exchange rate you can figure out the amount.
“We have been in this country for almost 60years, we consider ourselves as Nigerians even though our skin might not look exactly the same, so our friends and families are all in Nigeria. We have over 30,000 staff here in Nigeria, so this is not just for our own sake it is for everyone, for all States, for Nigerians.”
Penpushing also reports that, the Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele while receiving the donations on behalf of the government expressed appreciation to the Chinese company.
The Deputy Governor while advising the staff of the company on the prevention of the pandemic as community transmission is on the rise, urged the management of the company to device all means to protect their staff from contacting cirus.
