Civil Defence corps apprehend man for alleged sexual harass of minor

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Oyo State Command on Monday rescued a 60 year old man (name withheld) for alleged sexual harrasment of a female minor at Fanawole area of Apete,Ibadan.
Penpushing reports that the State Commandant, Iskilu Akinsanya while speaking at the Command Headquarter, disclosed that the Anti Human Trafficking got alerted of the incident at around 9am when the residents of the area called on Civil Defence Divisional office at Sango to interfere before the suspect will be armed.
The commandant noted that during the interrogations and investigation from the alleged suspect hide under the pretence of offering spiritual healing to commit the crime, adding that when caught he was almost mobbed by angry residents, and had to be rescued by the officials of the Civil Defence Corps.
Penpushing further reports that it also took the intervention of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in the area to rescue the situation when residence of the area were about to set ablaze the suspect house.
The Commandant however appreciated the people of the area for giving timely information to the Corps, assuring the public that corps will charge the case to court after the completion of investigation.
