8 years after abduction, another suspected ‘Chibok’ girl, son rescued by Nigerian Army
The Nigerian Army have rescued a lady by the name; Mary Ngoshe, who is suspected to be one of the abducted Chibok girls abducted eight years ago by Boko Haram alongside her college mates numbering 300 from their school.
Penpushing reports that, the girl was said to have been rescued alongside her son by the troop of the 26 task force brigade, while this latest discovery was coming 2,920 days, after 81 of the school girls who were abducted from their dormitory by the insurgent group were released.
The source from the Nigerian Army Headquarters, said the rescued girl and her son, as at the time of filing this report were seen around Ngoshe, while additional information has it further exploitations are ongoing by the military authorities.
Penpushing further reports that, Major General Onyema Nwachukwu could not be reach for comments on the development, as at the time of filing this report, while it is recalled that twenty-one of the girls were earlier released in 2016, after negotiations between Boko Haram and the Nigerian government
