2023: Tejuoso endorses Obadara for senatorial race

The 8th Assembly member of at  the Senate Chambers, Senator, Lanre Tejuoso has declared his support for Senator Gbenga Obadara to represent the Ogun Central Senatorial District of Ogun State in the next political dispensation.

Penpushing reports that, the duo had separately, on different time represented the Senatorial District at the National Assembly under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Ogun State Chapter.

The aspirant who is again eyeing the chamber under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was once a federal lawmaker in the 7th National Assembly, while Tejuoso took over from him

Penpushing further reports that, a statement from Obadara’s  media team added that Tejuoso said he was ready to support his predecessor (Obadara) to return and represent the zone at the red chambers in 2023

The media team quoted Tejuoso as saying that Obadara has the perquisite knowledge to represent the senatorial district, stressing that the aspirant, who is not a green horn in the lawmaking at the assembly has a very rich pedigree in experience, wisdom and knowledge.

Penpushing also reports that, the statement added that, Obadara  was  well known for his sponsored and co-sponsored motions, and unprecedented developmental projects in the 74 Wards of his senatorial district.

The statement said, the Ogun Central Senatorial district is unavoidably necessitous and pressing need of a capacity leader who is tested and trusted, a representative who has high emotional intelligence; problem-solving skills; clear communication skills and positive attitude towards his constituents.

Penpushing reports that, the media team of Obadara pointed out that,all of these pertinent remarks worthy of attention are conspicuous in the personality of  the aspirant, which however distinct him and ahead of other contestants.
