WEST AFRICA EXAMINATION COUNCIL ISSUES ‘ATTESTATION CERTIFICATE’ TO BUHARI

The Presidential Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), seeking for a second term ahead of 2019 poll has been criticised by opposition politicians and many other Nigerians after he told the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that his school certificate is still with military authorities.

Penpushing also recalled that, Buhari made this known  in his submission of essential forms to Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) for the February 2019 general elections which he is billed to participate.
