Wale Adedayo mourns late All Progressives Congress Treasurer
The Chairmanship candidate of Ijebu East Local Government under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress( APC), Ogun State Chapter, Hon. Wale Adedayo has commiserated with the party on the death of its Treasurer, Hon. Adekunbi Banjoko.
Penpushing reports that, Adedayo popularly called ‘Babalawo’ in a condolence letter addressed to the party chairman, Chief Yemi Sanusi, lamented over the loss, describing the sudden death as rude shock, and prayed for the soul of the deceased
“It was with a rude shock we received the news about the passage of our State Treasurer, Hon. Adekunbi Banjoko. We pray that God will grant his soul a peaceful repose and comfort the family he left behind. God will continue to uphold you and other members of the State Executive Committee.”
Penpushing further reports that, the late Treasurer was also a member of the Ogun State Board of Public Health. A seasoned politician, and was also a former Secretary to Sagamu Local Government of the State.
