Toyosi Craig Foundation offers scholarship to students, grants for entrepreneurs
The Toyosi Craig Foundation has offered scholarship to seven students and grants entrepreneurs in Ogun State to encourage them to remain focus on their studies and choice entrepreneurship for better future.
Penpushing reports that at the event held at Youth Development Center, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), in Abeokuta on Wednesday, two students, Emmanuel Edun and Bowale Ayoola were awarded N300, 000 scholarship to study at Rise Academy.
The other beneficiaries include Adebajo Pamilerin of Abeokuta Grammar School, Akindehinde Oluwatoyosi, Abeokuta Grammar School and a student from Alaba Lawson Group of Schools were awarded student scholarship worth N50,000 each.
Penpushing further reports that two entrepreneurs Adeleye Mojeed and Omobayoji Soneye, received N50, 000 each to assist and promote their businesses to levels of success as they progresses

Penpushing also reports that Craig who flew in from Australia his base in company of his wife for the event narrated his struggles in life while growing up, stressing that if he can achieve his goals in life, they can also become somebody in the future.
“I once attended an interview where I was supposed to be a French speaking candidate, but for determination, focus and never giving up spirit, I got the job. So, never take a no for an answer”, he stressed
Penpushing also reports that Iyalode Alaba Lawson, who was one of the panelists, in her contributions cautioned the youths against cutting corners in the journey of life, noting that for success to be attained, there is no substitute to hardwork.
“This is Iyalode Alaba Lawson who hawked Ogi (pap) for my mother before I can go to school. This is the same Iyalode Alaba Lawson that used to fetch firewood in order to get small change to support myself’, Lawson stated.
‘But, today the same Iyalode Alaba Lawson is the first woman to head Nigeria Association of Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA). So, with determination, focus and God on your side, you can achieve your goals”, she added
Penpushing reports that in his goodwill message, the Founder of Penpushing Media, Prince Dimeji Kayode-Adedeji lauded the initiative behind the event, pointing out that more program in its nature will further shape the youth of today for a brighter future, saying the country will be the better for it.
The veteran journalist and member of Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) called on the youths to have three attributes he called ‘3 C’s’, commitment, contentment and courageous, adding that with these, they will make it in life
