The renowned Nigerian respected journalist and former Managing Director of Nigerian Tribune newspapers emphasized that, if every Fulani leader were like him (Sa’ad Abubakar) nobody would be talking of breakup.
‘The Sultan travels freely to all the nooks and crannies of Nigeria meeting with his royal counterparts everywhere without airs or chips on his shoulders. He is admired and respected wherever he goes and he, in turn, is respectful and self respecting. If every Fulani leader were like him nobody would be talking of breakup’.

‘But His Majesty must use his towering influence to ensure that the Fulani herdsmen imbibe modernization and modernity and establish ranches and agro-allied industrial complex in their localities and states of origin and stop using cows as agent of national provocation’, he said.
‘He should go further to ensure that in his life time the few privileged cattle owners should stop punishing the less privileged Fulanis, deprived of education, sent to trek hundreds of miles following cows and sharing residences with beasts in the forest. May Allah continue to prosper him and grant him longevity and robust health’, Adeniyi wrote
