Super Eagles defender, Onyemaechi, welcomes first child

The Super Eagles defender, Bruno Onyemaechi has welcomed his first child with his Portuguese partner, Ines Fontes after their relationship which started in 2022 dating back to his time at Boavista.

Penpushing reports that throughout the period that marked the defender’s steady rise in European football, the duo has been together with Ines Fontes remained a constant presence, and from the stands to social media, she has been one of Onyemaechi most visible supporters.

The footballer’s partner has been regularly spotted cheering him on, celebrating milestones, and sharing in the quiet moments that define Onyemaechi life away from the pitch, while it would be recalled that earlier in March, the couple shared news of their growing family.

The 26-year-old soccer maestro shortly after the delivery of the baby was seen embracing fatherhood with visible pride, while it would be recalled that following Nigeria’s recent victory over Iran, Onyemaechi was notably absent from the Super Eagles’ first training session ahead of their next fixture.
