Penpushing further reports that, the traditional ruler commended his subjects for standing firm to protect their fatherland from desperate land hijackers, warning that no portion of Aworiland would be allowed to be taken by any group of individuals under his domain. He appealed to the State Government and all well-meaning Nigerians to call Alake to order.

However, the Baale of Mesan, Chie  Muiz Odunoye who led other community leaders to receive Olota at Mesan Primary School, earlier in his speech thanked the monarch for extending the Royal visit to the ancient town which to him is long expected, ‘as people of Mesan had been looking forward to receiving their father in Mesan Otta’.

Leaders of various Community Development Associations in the area led by Mohan Pius were all   in attendance to receive the monarch.
