SON OF FORMER GOVERNOR LAM-ADESINA URGES GOVERNOR MAKINDE TO FULFIL ELECTORAL PLEDGES
The son of the Governor who is, a former member of House of Representative, who represented Ibadan North East/South Federal Constituency between 2015 – 2019, noted that although political agreement is not sacrosanct, saying that only people who are Gods fearing and aware of the law of karma fulfills it.
“I don’t want any position; all I want is that people who worked for the emergency of this administration should be rewarded accordingly. Governor Makinde is someone I have a lot of respect for, so I want him to succeed because it doesn’t pay us to have government upon government failing us, our people will be the one suffering for it’.
“The Governor knows what is good for him, anybody can aligned with him if they want something from him, he has the right to his government, so anybody who want something from him can fused with him. I remain in ADC, am not a Peoples Democratic Party member, and been a member of ADC who goes into coalition with PDP in the last political dispensation in Oyo State doesn’t means that am a PDP member, I will never join PDP’.
“Governor Makinde predecessor would have succeeded if he had listened to certain advice then, there are certain things Ajimobi has to do, we gave him time, we dialogue with him, and also reached out to him, but nothing was done.
Penpushing also reports that, Lam-Adesina while answering question on if he has any regret for dumping All Progressive Congress (APC), said, ” I don’t have any regret leaving APC because it was not a personal fight, it was based on principle, it was conviction and anything you are doing based on principle, there can never be a regret for it, so what I did then was a struggled for the great Lam’.
