Earlier In his welcome speech, Chairman Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) Mogaji Ibraheem Olaniyan said the committee was impressed with the activities of the command and huge success recorded in combating crimes and criminalities
‘Ladies and gentlemen, today, we will be celebrating our Commissioner of Police, the Head and team leader of FSARS. We have decided to appreciate our FSARS Squad that have distinguished themselves in bursting and arresting robbers and kidnappers that have been terrorizing the Sagamu axis of Ogun State. These brave, bold and gallant officers deserved to be rewarded so as to encourage them and other officers to do more in their chosen career’, he said.
Olaniyan enjoined all members of PCRC to remain more committed to the service of the nation, and also called on other organization and philanthropy bodies to continue to support the police for residents to live a peaceful and more secured society.
Meanwhile, Head of FSARS, Adams Uba while speaking with journalists expressed appreciation to God, for keeping and watching over the team, adding that his team would always strive hard to improve on their activities. He appreciated his men for their commitment and skill in carrying out operations, and also appreciated the Police Community Relations Committee
