I WONT ALLOW OGUN DEBT PROFILE TO GIVE ME HYPERTENSION IF ELECTED GOVERNOR, SAYS ODEGBAMI

The debate engaged Odegbami and her counterpart Modupe Sanyaolu, the Governorship Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), who on her own part said women welfare  will be one of the projects her administration  going to pursue vigorously.

‘I believe time has come for women to take over leadership control and I am well groomed for the task. We have this believe in Nigeria that, the role of women is limited to kitchen, and this was then, and time has change. If women can successfully administer home, then we can administer state and federal levels better’, she declared

Penpushing further reports   that Odegbami said, he is following the late sage, Obafemi Awolowo philosophy, and his mission was to become a model and focus on number of developmental projects, which will transform the state positively.

‘I won’t allow the debt profile of the state to give me hypertension and distract me if elected Governor, and am optimistic that, I am the next Governor of Ogun State. I will assemble best team to work with. I am following late Obafemi Awolowo philosophy and to become a model’, Odegbami said.

He also lamented that, the biggest tragedy in the state include education and health, which he said he would give priority to, and will also provide world class and state of the art hospitals in the state, as well as used sports to transform the state and bring to world map.

The Labour Party (LP) candidate in her own contributions, also emphasized that, she would make girl-child education a priority, as well as completed the uncompleted projects that might be left behind by the outgoing administration.

Penpushing reports, that the female governorship candidate, however, said this should not stop her administration to execute her own blue print, which include raising the welfare standard of the citizens and residents, as well as effect laudable projects for the betterment of the state.
