PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY MOST CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION IN NIGERIA HISTORY, SAYS ADEBAYO SHITTU
The Minister said Buhari has75% chance of winning the forthcoming Presidential election emphasizing that 16 years of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) administration was full of corruption, adding that Buhari’s administration has cleared all the mess by his anti-corruption war.
Hear him ‘when PDP was in government, all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) has more than 300 different accounts in some commercial banks which made it easy for them to loot the public fund, but through the introduction of Treasury Single Account (TSA) that was introduced by Buhari Government, Nigeria revenue has been able to be in one place’.
“During PDP administration,16 billion dollars was set aside for electricity, Buhari administration only met 3,000 megawatts, Buhari has increased it to 7,000 megawatts and 2,000 megawatts will soon be added to the current 7,000 to make it 10,000 so that Nigerians can enjoy 24hours uninterrupted power supply.
Penpushing further reports that, Shittu explained that N19 billion was budgeted for all federal road in the last budget of Peoples Democratic Party( PDP) administration, but none of the money was used to execute a single road project, instead, it was shared between them.
“N275billion was spent by Buhari administration to revive all federal roads projects across Nigeria which was abandoned by PDP, the federal government has also awarded and revive the railway which has been abandoned 10 years ago to a standard gauge rail’.
The Minister reiterated further that the money meant for buying military equipment to protect life of Nigerians was also looted; noting that out of the 14 local government of Bornu State that was control by Boko-Haram during Jonathan regime, none of it is under sieges again because they have been regained back by Buhari government.
Penpushing also reports that, he urged Nigerians to vote for people Buhari, whom they can trust with their money, noting that president Muhammadu Buhari has 75% chance of winning the forthcoming Presidential election.
“Buhari contested in 2011 under CPC and got less than 13million votes and PDP got 22million votes, out of the 13million votes gotten by Buhari, 12million came from the North and remaining came from all the Southern Nigeria, in 2015 election, Buhari got 15million votes, about 12million of it again came from the North and the remaining 3million from the Southern Nigeria, this 2019 election will be a work over for Buhari because with the look of things, 75% of the vote will be in his favour.
The Communication Minister pointed out that the aim of the Coalition of Grassroots Campaigners for Buhari/Osinbajo Re-Election 2019 was to provide a political platform for all Buhari supporters who are All Progressives Congress(APC) members and who have scattered across various political parties as a result of circumstances, gathered at least two million votes in Oyo State for Buhari in the forthcoming Presidential election.
“They said despite the fact that they are no longer in APC, they are still interested in working for the re-election of Buhari, 100 billboards will be erected across Oyo State, many hand bills has been done, there is going to be a lot of radio and television jingles, and the campaign will be carry to all local government in Oyo State so that grassroot people be properly inform on voters education to help them to make the right choice.
