PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY FILES PETITION AGAINST BUHARI’S ELECTION

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer at the poll, have earlier gathered a team of lawyers at the Court of Appeal, venue of the Presidential election Tribunal said to be currently working on the processes of filing the petition.

Penpushing reports that, earlier, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) application to be allowed access to materials used for the election was approved by the court, but however, dismissed the party’s move to have the materials forensically examined.

Speaking on the development, the lead lawyer, Chris Uche for, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) confirmed that the processes were being filed, adding, “Yes it is true,”, but kept mute  in providing  detailed information .
