
Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, Morufu Ajisegiri withdraws membership from party in Ogun State
A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Alhaji Morufu Ajisegiri has tendered letter of membership from the party in Ago Oko Ward 3, Abeokuta North Local Government of Ogun State.
Penpushing reports that Ajisegiri, a member of Ogun State House Assembly during the first term of former Governor Olusegun Osoba forwarded his letter of withdrawal of membership to the chairman of Ward 3, Ago-Oko of the party with immediate effect.
The letter titled “Withdrawal of Membership”, which is available in custody of Penpushing Media, Ajisegiri expressed appreciation to entire members of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) for various roles entrusted in his care for over two years of his membership.

“I write to express my sincere appreciation to the entire members of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ago Oko Ward 3 of Abeakuta North Local Government for the various roles entrusted in my care for the past two (2) decades. I also wish to extend same appreciations to the Abeokuta North Local Government and Ogun State chapters of the party”,he wrote.
“I thank all the individuals that have contributed to the progress and stability of the party thus far. I wish to honourably inform you that effective from the date of this letter I am withdrawing my membership of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ago Oko Ward 3, Abeokuta North Local Government, Ogun State and Nigeria at large. Thank you and God bless”, Ajisegiri added.
