Penpushing member’s mother dies at 88
The mother of a member of Penpushing platform, Edward Ajogun, Princess Felicia Omoji Ajogun has died at age of 88, as the family commenced preparation for burial effective from Friday June 7 to June 9, 2024.
Penpushing reports that deceased son, who was a former Commissioner of Police in Ogun State announced the demise of his mother in a statement, explaining that burial arrangements have it that the corpse will 12pm depart from Ibilo General Hospital to the family compound in Ekor, Akoko-Edo Local Government Area, Edo State.
The statement added that the deceased was a remarkable woman known for her kindness, wisdom, and grace, stressing that her passing left a void in the hearts of many who cherished her presence, and that her memory can be honour by highlighting her impact and the lessons she shared with those around her.

Penpushing further reports that the family disclosed that other arrangement has it that the corpse thereafter depart from Ekor for Imeh’s compound on Izazi Road, Lampese, Akoko-Edo Local Government Area, Edo State, in a procession which marks another step in honoring her life and memory, bringing together loved ones to pay their respects along the way.
The family stated that at 6 pm, a service of songs and tributes will be held at Imeh’s compound, explaining that this gathering will be a heartfelt moment to honor the late Ajogun, where friends and family will come together to share memories and pay tribute to her life.
Penpushing also reports that on Saturday June 8, 2024, at 8am, the interment ceremony will take place at Imeh’s compound, which will be a solemn moment as the family and others bid her final farewell and lay her to rest.
The statement added that on same Saturday at 12pm there will be a reception at Lampese Public Field, where friends and family gather, share memories, and support one another as they remember the deceased, while on Sunday June 9, 2024, there will be a thanksgiving service at the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Lampese.
