Penpushing member’s daughter emerges best female graduating student in University of Lagos
The daughter of member of Penpushing platform, Miss Olufunke Azeezat Yusuf of the Department of Actuarial Science and Insurance, University of Lagos has emerged the best female graduating student in the 2025 class set, with a CGPA of 4.92.
Penpushing reports that the ceremony was held at the J,F Ade Ajayi auditorium of the university in Akoka, and had in attendance mother of the cerebral graduating student, Alhaja Kemi Ewedairo-Yusuf, a Director at Ogun State Ministry of Information, and number of dignitaries.

Penpushing further reports that the best student fondly called as “Scholar Funkus” by her colleagues, gave all the glory to Allah and her parents, especially her mother who has always encouraged and supported her to reach for the skies in everything she does.
The lady who is an indigene of Imeko-Afon and Obafemi Owode Local governments by parental birth, stated that she hopes to further her academics in the Acturial line by working with the best 4 in the profession if given the opportunity.
Penpushing also reports that the mother who could not hide her joy while speaking gave all the glory to Allah as she described her daughter as a determined young lady who faces challenges, determined and focused.
The lecturer in the Department of Acturial Science, Dr Sogunro in his remarks commended the lady who he described a pride to him and the Department emphasizing that she doesn’t joke with her lectures, her assignments, tutorials.
Penpushing reports that Sogunro tasked the senior Actuarists to encourage the younger ones so as not to discourage them from the discipline, pointing out that the country needs more of them.
