Pelican Valley Estate set to launch Farm market in Ogun state

A fast growing Real Estate Company, Pelican Valley Nigeria is set to added another feather to its cap, as it set to launch the Pelican’s Greenish acres farm Estate and Farm Market, scheduled to take effect from September 11, 2022

Penpushing reports that, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Dr Tunde Adeyemo made this known during a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Tunji Odunlami in his office in Abeokuta  to brief him on the propose Pelican/Gateway Economic Autarky Project.

The company boss explained that the project is to be located in less than 1.5 kilometres away from the Estate projects in Kobape, Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State, assuring that arrangements were in top gear

‘However, in our bid to completely invigorate the economy of our Estates axis, our organisation had concluded plans to launch the Pelican’s Greenish acres farm Estate and also the Pelican”s Farm Market, less than 1.5 kilometres away from our Estate projects in Kobape, come 11th of September 2022’.

Penpushing further reports that, Adeyemi the company was gaining momentum to rewrite story of the state, and also affirmed that roles of the Ministry of Physical Planning And Urban Development towards developmental growth of the state.

The Chief Executive of Pelican Estate commended the government for continuous determination to uphold the principles guiding this important institution and putting in mechanism that had continuously enhance various urban development.

‘Our dear Hon, Commissioner, I can boldly say here that your strict adherence and enforcement of the rules of the game, gave birth to the goodwill that our Estate is enjoying today both locally and internationally’, he stated.

‘Today, Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape is one of the fastest growing Estate, with over one thousand Nigerians in diaspora investors. We would like to use this medium to acknowledge the promptness of your staffs towards a very fast building approval process.’Adeyemo added

‘We want to Ignite the Gateway smart cities of our dream as Urbanization lies not just in the hand of the government, but likewise collective effort of the private investors and stakeholders in the real Estate sector in the state’.

In line with the mandate of the Prince Dapo Abdiodun’s  led administration,Pelican Valley Nigeria limited had played a vital role in the state urbanization and controlled development strategy of this Ministry in particular and Ogun State government in general’, he said.

The emergence and the launch of Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape had played an integral role in generation of revenue for the state government, ranging from various stamp duties from clients and investors, also bringing over one thousand Nigerians in diaspora into the Ogun State governments Tax drag net, through payment of stamp duties and building approval levies apart from the corresponding job creation effects of our project’, Adeyemo noted

‘Pelican Brief estate had attracted over one thousand investments from Nigerians in Diaspora to Kobape. This project had banked on various infrastructure development mainly the 33KVA trunk line project done by the Olusegun Osoba led administration, a project of an estimated value of over five hundred million done over two decades ago’.

‘However this infrastructure had laid fallow over the years and remained untapped and underutilized, until the advent of our company, Pelican valley Nigeria LTD.  To us this is just a starting point as we are set to ignite some project within the Kobape region that will help aid, sustain and generate more revenue to the coffers of the state government and also aid controlled development and proper planning and Urbanization’.
