Vehicle crashes into America White House gate

A vehicle on high speed has collided with an outer perimeter gate on the White House complex in United States of America (USA) on Saturday, May 4, 2024, leaving the driver dead, an incident which occurred shortly before 10:30 p.m. (1430 GMT)

Penpushing reports that the United States of America (U.S.A) federal law enforcement agency said on Sunday in a statement published on X, formerly Twitter, as confirmed by the Secret Service of the country

‘Shortly before 10:30 p.m. (1430 GMT) on May 4th,” the vehicle crashed into “an outer perimeter gate on the White House complex.  Security protocols were implemented as officers cleared the vehicle. There was no threat to the White House’, the statement said

Penpushing further reports that Chief of Communications for the agency, Anthony Guglielmi in a post on X explained that limited traffic closures remain in effect as the agency and the local police department investigate the incident.
