OYO GOVERNMENT DEMOLISHED AYEFELE’S RADIO STATION BECAUSE OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGEMENT, SAYS INFORMATION COMMISSIONER

“The demolition was not something we want to do initially, but due to the defiance attitude of its owners, we don’t have choice but to go on with the demolition so as to show that nobody is above the law of the State. The demolition was not about individual nor to witchunt anybody, so people should not see the Government as wicked or sentimental”

Arulogun, also reiterated further that he has nothing personal against the owner of the Radio Station, stating that many letters were sent earlier to the Management of the Station before the eventual partial demolition of the Radio Station.

He however said as a Commissioner of Information in the State, his job is to manage the reputation and image of the Governor and Government when the needs arises
