Over 500 participants show interest to attend 7th Penpushing Media Anniversary Lecture

Over 500 participants have expressed interest to attend and participate in the 7th anniversary lecture of Penpushing Media, owner of online newspaper and television with headquarters in Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital.

Penpushing reports that the ceremony is scheduled to hold at Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta on Thursday, July 31, 2025 staring from 10am, with the theme ‘Reworking Nigeria’s Federalism, Perspective on Restructuring and Fiscal Federalism’

The records as at the time of filing this report showed that number of participants are eager to the part of the ceremony, as the management received series of feedback indicating their interest, which include various professional bodies, corporate organisations, and students of tertiary institutions among others

Penpushing further reports that the editorial board in collaboration with the planning committee as part of wide coverage of the event, will transmit the ceremony live globally, with link already sent out, particularly for benefits of those in diaspora

The Founder of Human Capital Africa, and a former Minister, Dr Oby Ezekwesili is the keynote speaker, while former Nigerian Ambassador to United Kingdom, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola is the chairman of the occasion.

Penpushing also reports that royal father of the day is Ebumawe of Ago-Iwoye, Oba Abdul-Razaq Adenugba, Chief (Dr) Joju Fadairo(Fiwagbayi of Egbaland) is father of the day, as well as Princess (Dr) Ronke Ogunremi(Executive Director, Target Petroleum Nigeria Limited) is mother of the day

The panelists at the well packaged ceremony include Sir Eddy Aina (former Director National Broadcasting Commission), Hon Adijat Adeleye (Ogun State Commissioner of Women Affairs and Social Development), and Prof Abgail Ogwezzy-Ndisika(Director Institute of Continuing Education, Mass Communication Department University of Lagos) and Fatai Owoseni(Retired Commissioner of Police)
