
Osoba, Dapo Abiodun facilitated emergence of Solomon Adeola into Ogun state politics, says group
A foot soldiers political group known as Yayi Ambassadors have disclosed that the emergence of Senator Solomon Adeola into Ogun State politics was facilitated by former Governor Olusegun Osoba, a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives(APC), with involvement of the incumbent Governor Dapo Abiodun
Penpushing reports that Convener of the group Hon. Adegoke Adeyanju-Awoso made this known in a statement on Saturday and commended the duo for welcoming Adeola, popularly known as Yayi into the state political fold.
The statement added that welcoming of Adeola, who is current Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District at the national assembly by Osoba and Abiodun was a good gesture which is a testament to their leadership and commitment to the growth and development of Ogun State.
‘The entire members of YAYI Ambassadors hereby extend our heartfelt gratitude to Governor Dapo Abiodun and Chief Olusegun Osoba for welcoming Senator Solomon Adeola Yayi into the Ogun State political fold. This gesture is a testament to their leadership and commitment to the growth and development of Ogun State’, he wrote.
Penpushing further reports that Adeyanju-Awoso who is a member of the Ogun State House of Assembly emphasised that Osoba as a seasoned politician, and philanthropist has continued to bring his wealth of experience and expertise that will undoubtedly benefit Ogun State.
