ONE DEAD IN DELTA CHURCH COLLAPSE

Saraki in a statement in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, also stated that he would continue to monitor the situation and help ensure that all survivors receive necessary medical attention.

“My prayers are with the worshipers, affected families, Governor Okowa and the people of Delta State on this morning’s collapse of St. Paul Catholic Church in Okpe LGA. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide assistance to see that survivors are rescued and treated.”

Similarly,  former Vice President of, Atiku Abubakar,who is a Presidential Aspirant under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) ahead of the 2019 elections has also sympathised with the victims of the incident.
