The Chairmanship aspirant under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), Adesina Ogunsola, who is eyeing the seat of Obafemi-Owode Local Government of Ogun State, has commended Governor Dapo Abiodun for his efforts at achieving zero hunger agenda by providing farming facilities for the farmers in the State.
Penpushing reports that, Ogunsola gave the commendation in a statement pointing out that the development is a window that would empower the youths in the society, and expressed gratitude.
The politician noted that gesture on agriculture will open a new prospect for farmers and sectors in the State and that would increase food production and security including wealth creation for the residents.
Penpushing further reports that, he added that the auspicious development of agriculture processing in the State will further look at those critical issues for building a resilient global agriculture and foods security.
The leading aspirant urged farmers in the State to reciprocate the provisions by going beyond the current productivity recorded, and also to come up with innovation that would be supported by the government to make dwellers in the State food secured from the current farming season.
