Ogun state traditional ruler bags masters of law degree at 76
The traditional ruler of Akinale in Owu Kingdom of Egbaland, Oba Olufemi Ogunleye is set to bag Masters of law degree at the age of 76, at a convocation scheduled to hold on 18 and 19 August at Babcock University, IlisanRemo in Ogun State.
Penpushing reports that, the royal father, a reputable journalist had earlier completed his first Degree in Law at the Crescent University, Abeokuta, and came out in flying colours as the most brilliant student in the department.
The veteran journalist turned monarch who after undergoing industrial attachment at various courts in Abeokuta, and having been called to Bar, also forged ahead to obtain Masters of law degree at Babcock University.
Penpushing further reports that an invite circulated by the university authority, said the traditional ruler, who is also an eminent elder and stakeholder on Penpushing platform would join other graduates to receive award of degrees and prizes , at a ceremony coming up on Thursday, August 20 by 10.00am
