The Ogun State Ministry of Education Science and Technology has stated that the resumption date for the Second Term 2019/2020 academic year in the State remained, Monday, January 6, 2020.
Penpushing reports that, a release issued by the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education Science and Technology, urged parents and guardians to ignore rumours on the change in the resumption date.
The statement advised parents and guardians to prepare their wards for academic work, which would commence immediately, with Welcome Back Tests, which form part of their general assessment for the term.
Penpushing further reports that,the release enjoined students to be studious, as the current administration was committed at ensuring qualitative education in the State.
