Ogun state chamber of commerce joins German government to celebrate 150-year anniversary of Germany chamber
The delegation of Ogun State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OGUNCCIMA) led by the first female National President of the Chamber in Nigeria, Iyalode Alaba Lawson were in Germany to participate in the 150 year anniversary celebration of IHK GieBen-Friedberg Chamber of Commerce.
Penpushing reports that, the team were welcome by the President of Gieben Friedberg Germany Chamber of Commerce, Mr Matthias Feder and other officials, a trip which also include a study tour to scale up technical and vocational education in Ogun State.
The study tour was in collaboration with Germany Agency for International Development (GIZ) and its also meant to train technical and vocational education instructors in view to link them with best international practice.
Penpushing further reports that, the delegation included Ogun State Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Kikelomo Longe, Alhaji Wasiu Olaleye (President Ogun State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OGUNCCIMA).
The other members of the team for the one week tour are Engr Michael Akingbade, Mrs Cynthia Saka(President Ota/Agbara Chamber of Commerce),Prince Olumide Agbasi, Engr Kehinde Stephen and Mr Tunde Ayodele
