Nigerian Navy College organizes Christmas carol

The Management of Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Abeokuta on Tuesday, December 13,2022 dedicated the day for an organize Christmas Carol, with performance by the students of the institution, a programme attended by their teachers, parents and guardians among other guests
Penpushing reports that the carol held at the college premises located in Onikoko area of the town was led by the Commander of the institution, Commander Jacinta Asetubobe who read passage of the scripture, alongside other personalities.
The students at the colourful ceremony were in high spirits as they also rendered melodious tunes to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, and this was also complemented by staff of the college who also sang to high heaven.
Penpushing further reports that, the students, parents and other guests could not hold back their joy as they danced profusely to appreciate Jesus Christ and His birth, appreciating Him for shedding His blood to cover sins
The lessons from the Bible were read by the Founder of Penpushing Media, Prince Dimeji Kayode-Adedeji and Mr Abiodun Adara(Vice Principal Administration Junior Secondary School) and Mrs Grace Adewunmi(Vice Principal Academic Senior Secondary School) respectively
Penpushing further reports that some of the hymns rendered at the event include ‘Come All Ye Faithful’, ‘Angels from the Realms of Glory’, ’Mary’s Boy Child’, ’Joy to the World’, ’Why Shepherds Watch’ and ‘To God Be the Glory’
The students choir also performed drama sketch, mimics’ and jokes, as well as chirography, while the staff choir were not left out in various performances which escalated the joyful mood of all guests at the occasion
