Nigerian launches career website for students worldwide

A, Nigerian Sam Soyombo resident in Scotland has opened window of bright future to children with the commissioning of career  website which is aimed to explore carer ideas and can match them to what they can do and say it effectively.

Penpushing reports that Soyombo in his speech during the virtual launch of the website SamSoyombo with participants across the globe said he embarked on the project to give back to the society, considering his struggle in life before discovering himself

The Information Communication Technology expert said the gesture is designed to focus on the individual not just their options, helping them to learn how to adapt their plans, make confident decisions, and succeed in what route they take on this journey called career.

‘More than ever before we leave in a changeable world, we need to be able to navigate it. As a Careers Adviser and Coach, I am an expert in helping learn the skills to do this. I have access to first class career information on different jobs and opportunities so people can feel positive and confident about themselves and their future.

So, whether is exploring career ideas and options or getting support to plan the way forward. Information available on his website can help people to make informed decisions and act’, Soyombo emphasised.

Penpushing also reports that, Soyombo who also used the launch to celebrate his 50th birthday anniversary added that his goal is to help people find a career that makes them happy, listens to their personal story and use a range of methods to help them make sense of things.

‘I accepts responsibility to find information, guide, and support career growth. Everyone is a work in progress, so I accept their mistakes and willing to support their efforts no matter what!  Till they are in their desired career’.

Penpushing further reports that, he said there is need for people to use affirmations to help them handle their negative feelings about themselves to help to increase self-reliance, help them act in their life, build self-confidence and self-esteem.
