Kidnapped staffers of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers regain freedom

The kidnapped staffers of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Sola Olawuyi and Bode Adeola,as well as another victim have regained freedom late hours of Monday from their captors.

Penpushing reports that, the trio were kidnapped on Sunday around  Ogunmakin, along Lagos-Ibadan expressway while trying to fix their faulty car on their return trip from Ibadan, Oyo State Capital  to Lagos

The kidnappers, cladded in military camouflag, emerged from the bush and marched them into the bush, alongside other two friends with whom. they were traveling  in the early hours of Sunday, from where they have been negotiating random with families of the victims.

The President of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Mr Rotimi Edu, confirmed release of the victims, but did not confirm if ransom was paid to the abductors to facilitate the release.

Penpushing further reports that, Edu expressed appreciation to the law enforcement agencies and those who showed concern towards effecting the release of the victims.
